José Mourinho
Football Manager

José Mourinho is one of the world’s most accomplished managers, achieving 26 senior trophies. He is renowned for his tactical prowess, game management and impressive track record, managing Europe’s top clubs including FC Porto, Inter Milan, Chelsea FC, Real Madrid, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and most recently AS Roma.

He is the only active manager to have won a domestic title in a record four different countries (Portugal, England, Italy and Spain), and one of only three managers to have won the UEFA Champions League twice with two clubs, FC Porto 2004 and Inter Milan 2010. He is a three-time Premier League Champion with Chelsea FC (2005, 2006, 2015). Following these successes, he was awarded the first ever Best Manager in World award 2010 and in January 2017 he was named amongst the ten greatest managers of all time (only active manager to be named).

In his most recent managerial stint, José took AS Roma to their first UEFA Europa Conference League. Off-field he is a committed ambassador and supporter of the United Nation’s World Food Program Against Hunger. In global footballing circles, José has now affectionately become hailed as ‘The Special One’. He is set to star in a highly anticipated self-titled documentary on Netflix, where the public will get unprecedented access to one of football’s greatest ever minds. Henrik Johnsson
Co-Head of EMEA Investment Banking and Global Co-Head of Capital Markets, Deutsche Bank

Henrik Johnsson is Co-Head of EMEA Investment Banking, Global Co-Head of Capital Markets and Head of EMEA IB Industry Coverage. Henrik joined Deutsche Bank in 2002 in the telecom finance team and worked in a variety of roles between 2002 and 2009 including leveraged finance and high yield syndicate.

Henrik became Head of the High Yield Syndicate team in 2009 and of Leverage Finance Syndicate in 2013. Henrik was appointed Head of Debt Syndicate EMEA in December 2015, where he oversaw all debt-related syndications in EMEA for high yield, investment grade and emerging market issuers across the corporate, financial institution, sovereign, supranational and agency sectors. Henrik was additionally appointed Co-Head of Global DCM in September 2016, where he oversaw investment grade and emerging market debt issuance across all sectors globally.

In June 2018, Henrik was appointed Global Head of DCM Syndicate also including investment grade Acquisition Finance origination and syndication.

Henrik has a BSc in Industrial Economics from the University of Warwick.

Jim is a Managing Director and Global Head of Macro and Thematic Research. He also heads up Corporate Bank Research and Credit Strategy. Jim is a top-ranked strategist, consistently named the No.1 analyst in the major surveys over the last 25 years. In 2022 he was voted No.1 Strategist in four categories in the Global Institutional Investor flagship Fixed Income Poll. He has had nearly 40 No.1 positions in these awards over the last 15 years, more than quadruple the number of any other analyst.

His daily Early Morning Reid report has been running for 16 years, has tens of thousands of daily readers, and has the most subscribers of any DB research publication globally. It is one of the most widely read financial market pieces in the investment world.

Jim joined Deutsche Bank in September 2004 and has 28 years of experience in Investment Banking. Before becoming a strategist, Jim spent the first three years of his career in sales covering both real money accounts and hedge funds.

Jim has a BA Degree in Economics and Economic History from Warwick.
