Conference registration will be located in the Pacific Ballroom Rotunda, which is on the 3rd Floor of the hotel.

Your conference badges will be required for admittance to all events.

Conference Functions & Meals at the Waldorf Astoria

Welcome Reception-Dinner & Golf Games (8/26): We will be hosting a welcome event from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm on the Grand Lawn, located on the 1st Floor.
Breakfast:  Breakfast will be available from 7:00 am - 9:00 am, located in the Pacific Ballroom Pre-Function on the 3rd Floor.
Boxed Lunches: Box lunches will be available from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm on 8/27 & 8/28.  They will be located in the Pacific Ballroom Pre-Function space on the 3rd and also on the 1x1 meeting floors.
Beverages: Beverages will be available all day, located in the conference space and on the 1x1 meeting floors.
Wine Tasting Reception-Dinner (8/27): We will be hosting a dinner reception from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm on the Botanical North Lawn, located street level adjacent to the Golf Course.
Farewell Reception for Sunset & Spritzes (8/28): We will be hosting a reception from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm on the Sunset Terrace.

Participating Corporates - Printing Your Meeting Schedule

Please stop by the Corporate Registration desk in the Pacific Ballroom Rotunda where we can assist with printing copies of your most current meeting schedule, check in for your presentation (if applicable) and direct you to speaker ready.

Investors - Printing Your Meeting Schedule

Kiosks will be available in the Pacific Ballroom Rotunda for you to print your schedule by scanning the QR code on your badge. If you need assistance, please ask the staff at the Meeting Desk.
