As business sessions begin Wednesday, September 24, at 7:30 a.m., it is suggested that you schedule your arrival for Tuesday, September 23. A block of rooms have been reserved for Tuesday arrivals.

Conference attire is casual and men are not required to wear jackets. Polo shirts and golf pants are appropriate. We expect hot, dry weather with temperatures in the mid 90s falling to the mid 70s in the evenings.

Ground transportation to and from the airport  WILL NOT be provided. Shuttle service between the Arizona Biltmore and The Phoenician will run continuously through out the Conference. Please check the shuttle schedule upon your arrival at your hotel.

Spouses/guests are welcome to attend all dinner and evening events. Due to regulatory restrictions, we unfortunately will not be able to provide separate events for spouses/guests.

We encourage all investors to take advantage of this opportunity to meet individually with Issuers throughout the Conference. A personalized schedule will be emailed to you the week prior to the Conference.
